It’s a juicy chat with Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) business coach Court Sayer-Roberts about a wonderful new coaching program they’re offering called ‘Rewire’ that’s designed to support small businesses with FREE, independent, confidential support.
The pilot program is available to small businesses located in the RFCS NSW-Southern Region area who have 19 employees or less, and are experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship.
In this chat Leonie and Court talk about some of the challenges small businesses in this region are experiencing; the avenues of support, advice and funding available to them; how businesses can conduct their own financial health checks; steps for futureproofing their financials; signs to look out for to avoid trouble; and tips for helping businesses to thrive in these challenging times.
