Listen to Episode #1 (Series 2) – We Are Back Baby here.
In our 60th Episode we are finally back, gathered around the microphone after a 2-year break, and we are so excited to be here!
Firstly, please forgive us for the sound quality in this episode. We are clearly a little rusty, and have full faith it will be much better for Episode #61.
So much has changed in two years, thanks to an international pandemic, and we have a lot to talk about.
During this conversation we chat about what we’ve been up to since we last recorded, including an epic overseas adventure for Katrina and her family of six, kids growing up and leaving school, and taking on a business all on your own.
Katrina talks about re-adjusting to life back on the farm since travelling, Leonie questions the craziness of life with kids at a certain age, while Christy mentions taking on a Yoga teacher training course and how she’s going with her empty nest.
We always love to spread the good stuff about what we’re digging, and in this episode Leonie discusses getting back on board with personal growth, mental health and strength and remembering all the tools she has at her fingertips to be better equiped with crazy times.
Christy has been reminded of the amazing benefits of daily yoga, meditation and journalling to provide clarity and taking on some big projects, as opposed to leaving it until ‘later on in life’. She is also banging on about walking in preparation for an upcoming hike in Tassie.
Katrina is also spreading the good stuff for meditation, which she is now qualified to teach, and is refocussing on her business coaching for women. She is also loving the Mamamia Out Loud podcast and A Life of Greatness podcast.
Leonie also mentions an awesome book that aids her daily check-in and meditation journaling from Jackie Lewis at The Broad Place, called Signposts Back Home – find it here.
Thank you for tuning in and don’t forget to share with your friends and family if you like what you’re hearing. Even leave us a review if you feel like it.
You can also throw us a like or share over at Facebook and Instagram, or message us anytime.
Love Christy, Katrina and Leonie
