Episode 61 – Real & Raw – Asking The Big Questions

Welcome back to Spreading the Good Stuff.

In today’s chat we get real, raw and vulnerable about life by asking each other a series of big-hearted questions:

  1. Where are you at right now and how are you feeling?
  2. What’s feeling good?
  3. What’s feeling challenging for you?
  4. What do you need right now?
  5. What are you loving?

It made for some interesting conversation fodder, starting with Katrina’s recent A Path to Love silent meditation retreat. Yes, you heard right: we said silent retreat! Katrina unpacks the benefits and challenges of taking on such an epic adventure, going deeply inward, facing some interesting personal moments and coming out the other side with a greater sense of hope, humility, love and connection.

Leonie shares some truths about the challenges of juggling a busy copywriting agency and family life, and the dichotomy of feeling weary and calm in equal measure. She explains what’s helping her keep her head above water during this very full season of life and offers some helpful advice to others around productivity and wellbeing hacks that are helping her find calm amongst the chaos.

Christy talks about being not quite as busy in her empty nest, but how she’s been struggling with physical soreness during the first few weeks of her Yoga Teacher Training, which she is loving.
