SPREADING THE GOOD STUFF…

IMG_0016Spreading the Good Stuff is all about sharing the good stories and shining a light on the positive news out there. Because, despite the hourly news heavily laden with the negative and unimaginable horrors, there are always inspiring stories of hope, joy and achievement out there every day – you just have to know where to look.

Today we have a gem of story for you about Moama’s Jason Clymo, who was left a paraplegic and wheelchair bound in 2014 after falling three stories over a railing. Jason was in his second year of studying medicine at Monash University when this happened, however remains incredibly positive about his future and his new life ‘with wheels’.

You only have to chat to Jason for a minute to understand what being ‘truly’ positive is all about and how, despite his ongoing physical challenges and gruelling rehabilitation, Jason is taking on life and making the most of every opportunity.

Jason came to our first Spreading the Good Stuff live conversation series at Junction last June because he’s determined to surround himself with positive people and positive conversations.

This attitude has led to Jason moving forward and achieving his goals, including being picked up by highly respected, national modelling agency Wink Models where he has been hailed as the next ‘big thing for diversity in the modelling industry’.

WINK describes Jason as a guy who has turned a negative into a positive by becoming an advocate for diversity and we think they’re right on the money.

So, this week we are spreading the good stuff for Jason’s inspiring story and suggest you watch this space… we’re pretty sure this won’t the last time you see his name.

Love your work Jason!
