Next Friday Murray Regional Tourism is staging a full day workshop – Get Social in the Murray – to assist businesses to enhance their social and digital footprint.


For just $38.50, participants can hear from a sensational line up of engaging speakers on a range of interesting topics including copy writing, content planning, google, search engine optimisation, digital marketing and social media strategy.


We’re stoked to announce that The Splendid Word will feature in the mix of presenters – with a workshop on communications and digital media designed to help businesses master their own storytelling.


During the workshop, we’ll share practical copywriting tips and skills to assist businesses to find their authentic voice, craft their unique story and create captivating content that people will love.


We’ll share our 17 years plus media knowledge and expertise, and our passion for positive storytelling, to shine a light on the world of content writing for both mainstream and social media.


Friday’s industry workshop is a precursor to the prestigious Regional Tourism Awards, which will be held at Moama Bowling Club on Saturday July 23.


The awards are a major tourism industry event for regional NSW and Victoria and are held annually to celebrate excellence in the four regional tourism areas of Central, Inland, Murray and Riverina.


Friday’s Get Social in the Murray workshop is open to all Regional Tourism Award nominees and finalists, as well as any small businesses in Echuca Moama wishing to attend.
